__2017__学年我校留学生新生开学报到时间为__9__月__4__日至__15__日。

到校后，请你按照以下步骤进行报到和注册。

报到注册流程

注意事项：

4*（关于体检说明）：

各位同学到校后，请务必注意自己的居留许可到期时间（第一次来到中国的同学，你们的签证有效期为入境后30天内），在到期前15天内，自行前往保定市第二人民医院体检中心进行体检，以办理新的居留许可。体检时请注意：

1.   请于周一至周五早上8:30-10:00 之间到达医院进行体检，过时医院将不进行体检。

2.   可以在学校附近乘坐208路公共汽车到“市二医院”站下车，返回学校时，乘坐208路公共汽车到“前卫路小学”站下车。

3.   早上请务必不要吃饭喝水。

4.   请携带一张照片和体检费用，为300元。

5.   体检结果为申请居留许可的重要凭证，不进行体检将无法申请居留许可。

6.   体检结果的提取时间一般为3-4天，你需要再次去医院拿到自己的体检结果。

7.   拿到体检结果后，请携带护照、一张白色背景小二寸照片和体检结果到202办公室申请办理居留许可。

7*（关于居留许可说明）：

居留许可为外国人在中国长期居留的合法身份，时间与费用分别为：

1. 半年（400元）

2. 一年（800元）

3. 一年至三年（1000元）

4. 三年以上（1000元）

奖学金生可根据自身情况，选择相应的时间类型，但不得超过在校学习期限。

自费生根据缴纳学费情况，可申请半年或一年的居留许可，但最多申请期限为一年。

注：新生首次申请居留许可不得超过一年。

8*（关于学习管理的说明）

1.入学后需进行分班考试：考试时间__9__月__8__日（_____星期五____）_上__午__207__   __9：00___；

2.进入本科学习需达到HSK四级180分水平；本科毕业需达到HSK五级180分水平；汉语国际教育硕士毕业需要达到HSK六级180分和HSKK中级70分水平；

3.所有课程都进行考勤记录，需要坚持学习一个学期，才可获得学分。请同学们按照教学管理规定，按时参加各门课程的学习。

After arrived to university, you need to register as the following steps:

NOTICE

4* (Physical Examination):

Please check your visa valid date (if you come to China for the first time, your visa valid date is 30 days since you enter into China), before 15 days of your visa valid date, please go to Physical Examination Center of Baoding 2^nd hospital to do body check, so that you can extend your visa to study in HBU. The following tips are for physical examination:

1.     Please go to hospital on Monday to Friday morning 8:30-10:00 am

2.     You can find the No. 208 Bus to and from university and hospital.

3.     Do not drink and have breakfast.

4.     Please take one photo and 300 yuan with you.

5.     The physical examination result is the necessary document for your visa extension.

6.     After 3-4days of physical examination, you need to go to hospital again to get the result.

7.     After your get the result, take your passport, one white background passport size photo and the result to Office 206 to apply for visa extension.

7* (Residence Permit):

Residence Permit is your legal identity in China, duration and fees is:

1. Half year (¥400)

2. 1 year (¥800)

3. 1-3 years (¥1000)

4. Above 3 years (¥1000)

Scholarship students can choose types by yourself, but can not beyond studying duration.

Self-supported students could apply half or one year residence permit, but can not beyond one year.

Note: The freshmen apply for residence permit for the first time could not beyond one year.

8* (Academic Management):

1. Class grouping test---

Sept  8th   Friday   Room207   9:00am.

2. Entrance requirement for Bachelor Program is beyond HSK Level 4 180 points, graduation requirement for Bachelor Program is beyond HSK Level 5 180 points; MTCSOL graduation requirement should be HSK Level 6 180 points and HSKK Middle Level 70 points.

3. All courses will have attendance record, credits will be get after the whole semester studying. Please attend class according to academic regulations.
