2021年10月18日，河北大学将迎来建校100周年华诞。百年校庆是学校发展史上的重要里程碑，也是学校在新时代建设一流高水平大学的新起点。我校自1965年开展来华留学教育以来，培养了大批的海内外人才，百年校庆也是总结来华留学教育经验、展示来华留学教育成就、凝聚来华留学事业人心、开拓来华留学教育视野的重要历史时刻。国际交流与教育学院现举办“留学河大·百年校庆文艺作品大赛”，面向海内外校友和全体师生征集文艺作品。
一、活动主题
“百年校庆，留学河大，继往开来”
二、作品要求
1、形式：诗歌、散文、书画、剪纸、篆刻、动漫、朗诵、演讲、戏曲等多种形式的作品。
2、规格要求：诗歌不超过50行，散文不超过2000字，以word文档或A4纸打印稿形式提交；书画、剪纸、篆刻可提供实物作品，也可以提供作品照片，大小不低于1M、jpg格式，扫描件分辨率不低于300pdi；音频应为MP3格式，音质清晰无杂音；视频控制在4分钟以内，横屏MP4格式，视频分辨率为600*800以上，画面清晰。
3、内容：清晰完整、真实生动，能够反映河北大学来华留学教育及河北大学百年校庆主题。
4、其他：作品必须为个人原创，投稿即视为同意学校、学院对投稿作品在著作权法定保护期限内基于非营利目的免费行使对该作品进行宣传、展示、报道的权利，投稿实物作品恕不奉还。

四、奖项设立
作品按照文学类、音频类、视频类、书画艺术类等四类各评选出一等奖1名，二等奖3名，三等奖5名，优秀奖若干，将向获奖作者颁发证书和百年校庆纪念品一份。

六、报送方式
校内师生可直接将作品提交给国际交流与教育学院204办公室。校外同学及海外校友可以将作品发送至邮箱studyinhbu@163.com，邮件主题请标注“百年校庆文艺作品大赛作品”字样，请用附件标明作品的作者姓名、国籍、毕业时间、学院专业和联系电话等基本信息。

On October 18th of 2021, Hebei University will be celebrating its 100th anniversary, an important milestone in the university’s development history. It is also a new starting point for the university to speed up the pace of constructing a first-class and high-level university in the new era. Hebei University has cultivated a lot of oversea students since 1965 when it started overseas education. The centennial celebration of our university is also serving as an important historical moment to sum up the experiences, show the achievements, and to broaden the vision of overseas education. The College of International Exchange and Education is now calling for our alumni, all teachers and students (at homeland and abroad) to attend the "Study-in-HBU · Literature and Art Works Contest for Centennial Celebration ".
A. Collection theme
“Centennial Anniversary, Study in Hebei University, Building on past achievements and launching a new journey”
B. Requirements and form
l poetry, prose, calligraphy and painting, paper cutting, seal carving, animation, recitation, speech, opera and other forms of works.
l No more than 50 lines for poetry, no more than 2000 words for prose, to be submitted in Word document or with a manuscript typed on A4 paper; for calligraphy, painting, paper cutting and seal carving, please provide physical works or photos of the works. Photo size is at least 1M, JPG format, scanning resolution is not less than 300DPI; Audio should be in MP3 format without noise; Video duration is less than 4 minutes, horizontal MP4 format, resolution of more than 600*800, clear imaging.
l Submit a clear, complete, and authentic work, which can reflect the theme of Hebei University’s centennial celebration and overseas education in China.
l The author should guarantee the originality of submitted work. Authors are not allowed to use other people’s works for submission, otherwise you are disqualified. If you submit a work, it will be deemed that you agree with the university and college to exercise the right to publicize, display and report your work free of charge for non-profit purposes within the legal term of copyright protection.

In accordance with the literature category, audio category, video category, painting and calligraphy art category, there will be 1 first prize winner, 3 second prizes winners, 5 third prizes winners, and several awards of excellence in each category, and the winning author will be awarded a certificate and a centennial anniversary souvenir.

F. Ways of participation
Students and teachers on campus can hand in their works directly to office 204 of the College of International Exchange and Education. Students from outside the university and overseas alumni can send their works to studyinhbu@163.com. Please use " Literature and art Works Contest for centennial Celebration" as the subject of email. Please include author's name, nationality, graduation date, major and contact phone number in the attachment.
